Bob Wang, CPA, is a seasoned finance executive, entrepreneur, and advisor with deep experience supporting founders, executive teams, and investors through growth, complexity, and liquidity events. He has built, scaled, and exited businesses, served as CFO for venture-backed and private equity-backed companies, and advised boards on strategy, capital structure, and value creation.
Bob began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls implementation. He later founded and scaled his own professional services firm to a team of 30 before successfully selling the business to Deloitte. Since then, Bob has served as CFO and strategic advisor to enterprise SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and manufacturing companies. He also led a SaaS company from $3M to $10M in ARR prior to its $100M private equity acquisition.
Bob has worked extensively with institutional and venture capital investors, supporting portfolio companies of top-tier firms that included:
