Carlos Freyre, CPA, has over 35 years’ senior executive experience. He managed KPMG’s Strategy and Financial Management Consulting Practice for both Latin America and Southeastern U.S. He founded several companies that developed, launched, and scaled several new category products. He is particularly adept at facilitating mission and strategy development and implementation. He drives change and problem resolution involving complex decision-making, restructuring, and capital raising. Carlos has both domestic and global expertise in the following key industries:

In board of director, CEO/president, and other C-suite capacities, he built companies having multinational operations by:
- Developing and executing roll-up strategy of Hispanic food manufacturing companies in the US and abroad.
- Managing reorganizations that included repositioning of corporate products and establishing manufacturing facilities.
- Raising multi-million debt and investment funds and completing acquisitions and divestitures.
- Building global marketing and distribution systems.
- Resolving complex regulatory matters among global governing bodies.
- Establishing and completing plan to build first of its kind aquaculture facility in the Bahamas.
- Managing investor relations, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
Specific accomplishments include:
- Built national distribution network of 300 physician offices.
- Established 25+ distributors and multimillion dollar direct to consumer sales distribution channel network throughout Europe and Asia.
- Secured international government agency regulatory approvals that included FDA, CE, Canada Health, SFDA (China), KFDA (Korea), and TGA (Australia).
- Established representative and affiliated offices in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, Spain and England, and medical service capabilities in 52 other countries.
- Developed a global health care network involving over 5,000 institutions and 180,000 physicians.
Carlos is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from the Boston College School of Management and his Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Management.
